Hear O Lord...

Today is Saturday, the busiest day of the week for abortion mills in this nation.
Let us pray that the angels of God descend into this darkness and carry these perfect souls to the arms of the Immaculate One--Mary--who we can trust to deliver them to Jesus.

"Hear O Lord the sound of my cry,
hear O Lord and have mercy...."

May God have mercy on this nation that has legislated the mass murder of the innocents--the Holy Innocents of our age...Amen

Look at my merciful eyes...

My Signs January 24, 1984

"Look at my merciful eyes which shed tears of sorrow and compassion. In so many parts of the world I give this sign, causing copious tears to stream from my eyes, even tears of blood.
To give a sign of my maternal presence, and to accord to your lives as secure support, and amid the tribulations you are living, to call you to joy and trust, in so many parts of the world I am still giving my maternal messages. They announce to you the certitude that I am following you and am with you. I live with you, I prepare everything for you, I lead you by the hand along the difficult road of this time of purification.
A fragrant sign of my maternal presence is to be found in the apparitions I am still making in many regions of the world. Yes, in these times I am appearing in Europe, in Asia, in Africa, in America, and in distant Oceana. The whole world is wrapped in my maternal mantle.
In the struggle, now conclusive, between me and my Adversary, my extraordinary presence tells you that my victory has already begun..."

That we may be one...

"I urge you, brothers, to watch out for those who create dissensions and obstacles, in opposition to the teachings that you learned; avoid them."
--Romans, 16:17.

"...the holy Roman Church has been placed at the forefront not by the conciliar decisions of other Churches, but has received the primacy by the angelic voice of our Lord and Savior, who says: "You are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell will not prevail against it; and I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you shall have bound on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you shall have loosed on earth shall be loosed in heaven."--Matthew, 16:18-19, Acts of the Council of Rome, Decree of Damasus, ca, A. D. 382
The Faith of the Early Fathers, Vol. 1; William A. Jurgens (1970).

Be Converted! May 13, 1984
"I am the Mother of the faith; I am the faithful virgin, and today you should ask me for help to remain in the faith. For this reason I summon you to listen to and follow the Pope, who has from Jesus the promise of infallibility, and to recite the Creed often as a renewed profession of your faith."
--Our Lady Speaks to Her Beloved Priests, (1987, p 428).

Jesus did not gives the keys of the kingdom to Luther, or Calvin or Wesley, nor to kings, nor any one person throughout the last 2,000 years...he gave the keys to Peter--to build His Church, one, holy, Catholic and Apostolic.
If therefore, one believes only in solo scriptura, as is for the most part the protestant tradition, one is in oppostion to that same Holy Scripture by denying the one true Church established by Christ.
Our prayer is that all will be called by the Holy Spirit to come home to the one true Church established by Christ--to partake of the Sacraments that bind us to Him and fill us with grace...that we may share in eternal life.

Mother of Mercy
we pray in union with you for the return of all our brothers and sisters who share our baptism to the Church established by your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ...Amen

To be deep in history...

"To be deep in history is to cease to be Protestant."
--John Cardinal Newman, convert

"The Church is called Catholic then, because it extends over the whole world, from end to end of the earth; and because it teaches universally and infallibly each and every doctrine which must come to the knowledge of men, concerning things visible and invisible, heavenly and earthly; and because it brings every race of men into subjection of godliness, governors and governed, learned and unlearned; and because it universally treats and heals every class of sins, those committed with the soul and those with the body; and it possesses within itself every conceivable form of virtue, in deeds and in words, and in the spiritual gifts of every description; and if you ever are visiting cities, do not inquire simply where the House of the Lord is--for the others, sects of the impious, attempt to call their dens the Houses of the Lord,--nor ask merely where the Church is, but where is the Catholic Church. For this is the name peculiar to this holy Church, the Mother of us all, which is the Spouse of our Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God."--St. Cyril of Jerusalem, [ca. A. D. 350]; Catechetical Lectures, The Faith of the Early Fathers Vol. 1, William A. Jurgens (1970).

"You shall indeed hear but never understand,
and you shall indeed see but never perceive.
For this people's heart has grown dull,
and their ears are heavy of hearing,
and their eyes they have closed,
lest they should perceive with their eyes,
and hear with their ears,
and understand with their heart,
and turn for me to heal them."

--Matthew, 13:14-15

A call from heaven...

"As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one will never have seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only arms which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the sign left by my Son. Each day, recite the prayers of the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and the priests."
--The third message of Our Lady of Akita (Japan), on October 13, 1973, the actual anniversary of the final visions and miracle of Fatima.

December 8, 1980
"Beloved sons, I gather you all today under my Immaculate mantle. It is the shield with which I cover you, to shelter you from every attack in the great battle to which I call you. You must gird yourselves once again with this powerful shield, which I give you for your defense and your salvation.
How numerous today are the snares of my Adversary, who appears to be reaching the peak of his great offensive! The whole of humanity is defiled with this invisible venom, and now needs to be healed by the merciful love of Jesus. He will manifest himself to you in an extraordinary manner, through the intervention of your Immaculate Mother.
The weapon, which I give you to fight with, is the chain which joins you to my Heart: the holy rosary...recite it often.
The standard, under which I rally you, is that of Jesus Crucified, which must be displayed by you because, even for your perverse generation, there is no other salvation but in the Cross of Jesus.
With the rosary in one hand and the standard of the Crucified in the other, fight as of now the decisive phase of the battle.
This maternal intervention of mine is also being powerfully implored through the confident prayer of the first of my beloved sons, the Pope, who has called upon the mercy of God on your behalf.
This powerful cry of his has penetrated heaven and has moved my motherly heart to hasten the time of victory.
For this I now gather you into my cohort and I give you the shield, the weapon and the standard for the battle. I strengthen you all and I bless you."
--Our Lady Speaks to Her Beloved Priests (1987, pp. 307-08).

These messages from the Queen of Heaven are not only for priests--Mary, the Mother of God continually exhorts all the faithful to pray the rosary for the salvation of the world!

The Gospel of Life...part 2

"The Way of Death is filled with people who are...murderers of children and abortionists of God's creatures."--Didache,5:1-2 (ca. 120 AD).

"The moral gravity of procured abortion is apparent in all its truth if we recognize that we are dealing with murder and, in particular, when we consider the specific elements involved. The one eliminated is a human being at the very beginning of life. No one more absolutely innocent could be imagined. In no way could this human being ever be considered an aggressor, much less an unjust aggressor! He or she is weak, defenseless, even to the point of lacking that minimal form of defense consisting in the poignant power of a newborn baby's cries and tears. The unborn child is totally entrusted to the protection and care of the woman carrying him or her in the womb. And yet sometimes it is precisely the mother herself who makes the decision and asks for the child to be eliminated, and who then goes about having it done.
Finally, one cannot overlook the network of complicity which reaches out to include international institutions, foundations and associations which systematically campaign for the legalization and spread of abortion in the world. In this sense abortion goes beyond the responsibility of individuals and beyond harm done to them, and takes a distinctly social dimension. It is a most serious wound inflicted on society and its culture by the very people who ought to be society's promoters and defenders. As I wrote in my Letter to Families, "we are facing an immense threat to life: not only to the life of individuals but also to that of civilization itself" [No. 21:AAS 86 (1994),920.]
We are facing what can be called a "structure of sin" which opposes human life not yet born." Pope John Paul II, Evangelium Vitae (1995, pp.95-97).

In 2008, the people of the United States of America voted into office the most anti-life candidate for the Presidency in this nation's history.
Barak Obama is hostile to life and promotes his anti-life views across the globe--increasing funding for Planned Parenthood, and using that money to promote abortion in every nation-- using our tax dollars.
This President utilizes all means necessary to achieve his world view that at its core is aggressively pro-abortion and anti-life.
Woe to this nation--and in particular those individuals who voted for him and continue to support him...there is no issue, no moral law higher than protecting life from the moment of conception through natural death...Woe to this nation!
We need to be on our knees praying for Divine Mercy!
